  • Can I take photos? or Videos ?
    USE of cellphone is prohibited in the showroom floor apart from looking up MSRP. If you are caught taking pictures or videos of the showroom merchandise you will be banned from the establishment.

  • Does everything work on the pallet?
    To be perfectly transparent, we do not cherry pick our inventory to remove the most valuable items. WE purchase in bulk and make pallet pricing based off the MSRP of the merchandise on the pallet. Our showroom pricing extends those savings of up to 50-60% to our clientele for our pallets and 25-35% off of brand new appliances. Brand new appliances come with manufacturers warranty and are in showroom condition and never owned. Any damage is light and can include scratches and little dings in inconspicuous places that occurred during shipping. The TOOL pallets are untested and un-manifested typically. Manifested TOOL pallets usually have a higher price because of the intensive labor required to provide such detailed information. Generally speaking, TOOL pallets consist of mixed condition merchandise. Reasonable to expect that 70-90 % of TOOL merchandise will be functional, with a mix of around 5-15 % salvage or parts, and 10-15 % Brand NEW/LIKE NEW. These numbers are representation of a range of possible outcomes in which your mileage may vary. THESE percentages reflect general outcomes for TOOL pallets ONLY. Television Pallets are customer returns and untested. These pallets may contain all working condition or all broken condition. Buy at your own risk. ALL Pallets are sold AS-IS WHERE-IS with no warranty or guarantee. NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. ALL sales are FINAL.
  • Do I need a EIN or SALES TAX ID to shop at JINSBINS INC?
    If you have an EIN and SALES TAX ID number, you are tax exempt. IF however you do not have either of these, you will be assessed a sales tax of 6%.
  • Will you load my truck ?
    Buyers are responsible for pick up and securing and transporting their merchandise. IF a buyer brings a trailer or truck, JINSBINS INC will provide forklift service. This does not include physical labor. JINSBINS INC is not liable for any damages, injuries, or accidents while customer is on premises. ENTER premises at your own risk.
  • How much time is allotted for pick up arrangements?
    Customers are given 5 business days to pick up or make shipping arrangements through a third party. After 5 business days, the merchandise will be considered forfeit, and Jinsbins INC will dispose or resell the merchandise. Merchandise can be picked up at 2634 Barrett Rd, GAINESVILLE, GA 30507. M-F 9am-5pm. Bill of lading for third party shipping customers must be sent to admin@jinsbins.com before a pick-up can be made. PLEASE ensure that the BOL matches the one the driver will have so that we can make sure that each client gets their merchandise. IF the BOL does not match the one that is sent, the merchandise will not be released until a matching BOL is received.

  • Do you have furniture pallets?
    Yes we carry furniture pallets.
  • Do you have perfume pallets?
    Yes. We carry a variety of perfumes. Please inquire about special orders.
  • What are your business hours ?
    We are open Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm. Saturday and Sunday by APPT only.
  • Do you have AMAZON pallets?
    We have a few options on amazon pallets. Please inquire if you'd like to place an order!
  • Can I leave my empty boxes and pallet?
    JINSBINS INC accepts all customer pallets. However, leaving boxes is not permitted. Please do not leave any trash on site. There is a $50 fine for any trash that is left behind. Breaking this rule continuously will result in BAN.
  • How many pallets do you have in stock ?
    We currently have over 70 pallets in stock and over 50 brand new appliances.
  • Do you sell tools individually?
    Yes and no. WE have individual merchandise for sale on our website "ONLINE-STORE" section where you can buy quality tools for a discount. However, our warehouse floor mainly consists of palletized inventory. On some occasions, there may be individual items in the showroom that are generally larger merchandise and open box condition.
  • Do you offer shipping?
    Yes. WE offer in house shipping. Pricing depends on location and distance. Please call for quote.
  • Can we buy a pallet online?
    Unfortunately pallets are not sold online currently. We encourage our clients to come check the inventory in person before making a purchase. However, we offer section for our raffles that clients can purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win a pallet or individual items.
